◆「配達プラン」は配達先により料金が異なります。

◆配達プランは白馬・小谷村内での「配達／回収」両方を含めた料金となります。どちらか片道のみのご依頼も可能です。お問い合わせください。
（The Delivery Plan includes both delivery and pick-up services within the Hakuba and Otari Village areas. One-way delivery or pick-up is also available—please contact us for details.）
◆配達プランにおける配達／回収サービスの対応時間は午前９時から午後６時までとなります。
（Delivery and pick-up services under the Delivery Plan are available between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.）
◆「配達プラン」は白馬・小谷村内に限って適用されております。料金及びそれ以外の配達地域につきましてはお問い合わせください。
（The Delivery Plan is only available within the Hakuba and Otari Village areas. For pricing or inquiries regarding other locations, please contact us.）
◆片道配達料金1,500円～2,500円、往復配達回収料金3,000円～5,000円
（One-way delivery fee: ¥1,500–¥2,500 Round-trip delivery & pick-up fee: ¥3,000–¥5,000）
ご利用にあたって（User guidelines）
- 店舗での貸し出しは必ずご予約の上店舗にお越しください。
- ご予約時にお客様がご指定頂けるのは「ご利用クラス」となります。具体的な車種のご指定はお受けできかねます。
- 貸出場所はJR白馬駅より徒歩5分・白馬店になります。
- 悪天候の場合は貸し出しを中止する場合がございます。
- 弊社では中古車を整備して使用しております。
- 全車禁煙車両／オートマチック車になります。
- 冬季には、4WD/AWD（四輪駆動）車に冬用タイヤとルーフラックが標準装備されています。
- カーナビは乗用車全車標準装備ではありません。
- Vehicle pick-up at the shop is by reservation only. Please ensure you have a confirmed booking before visiting.
- When making a reservation, you may select a vehicle class. Please note that specific vehicle models cannot be requested.
- The pick-up location is our Hakuba Shop, located a 5-minute walk from JR Hakuba Station.
- Please note that rentals may be canceled in the event of severe weather.
- Our vehicles are well-maintained used cars.
- All vehicles are non-smoking and come with automatic transmissions.
- During the winter season, all vehicles come standard with 4WD/AWD, winter tires, and roof racks.
- Car navigation systems are not included as standard in all passenger vehicles. Please check in advance if needed.
